These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ESIO. By signing up for, accessing, or using ESIO, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ESIO is a budgeting and forecasting tool for small businesses. We provide it on a subscription basis under the plans described on our Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ESIO for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent its security, or to use it in a way that interferes with the experience of other customers.
Liability
ESIO is provided “as is”. We make best efforts to ensure accuracy of forecasts and integrations, but financial decisions remain the responsibility of the user. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on automated forecasts.
