ESIO is made for businesses, from sole traders to small companies and teams, and our terms are written for business customers, not for private individuals.

ESIO reads your figures from your accounting system and sets your budget next to them, calculates your liquidity, VAT and tax, and lets the people you work with share the same budget, while an export to a spreadsheet is always one click away.

ESIO keeps the formulas, the connection to your bookkeeping, the backups and your team's access running for you, and its calculations are covered by automated tests, so your time goes into your budget rather than into the tool.

ESIO connects to the accounting systems named in the plan comparison, reads your chart of accounts and your posted figures, and brings them up to date every time you sync. The connection is part of the Business and Pro plans.

Your actual figures come straight from your bookkeeping exactly as they were posted, ESIO never makes up a figure of its own, and every calculation is checked by automated tests.

Every cost you add is a line in your budget, and with the connection to your accounting system you can copy your actual figures in as a starting point, so the costs you already have are there from the start.

Your data is stored inside the EU, backed up every night with every change archived as it happens, kept encrypted in its backups, and visible only to the people you invite, with the permissions you give them.

Every plan exports a budget to Excel, CSV or PDF from the budget page, and the Pro plan exports the chart of accounts in the same formats.

Download my data on your profile page downloads your personal data, and Delete account on the same page removes your login and your personal data for good once you have handed over any workspace you own.

Yes. ESIO is fully compliant with the GDPR: your data is stored and processed inside the EU, you can download your personal data and delete your account yourself at any time, and our privacy policy describes what we process and why.

Every new workspace starts with a free trial of the Pro plan without a payment card, we remind you by email before it ends, and when it does, your data stays as it is while you choose a plan.

Every plan includes liquidity budgeting, the VAT and tax helper, the dashboard and graphs, and the export of your budgets, while the larger plans add more budgets, more people, the connection to your accounting system, and analysis and reporting, as the pricing section compares with prices shown excluding VAT.

Nothing is deleted: what goes beyond your plan is locked so it can be read but not changed, your active and newest budgets stay open, and the lock lifts as soon as you remove what you no longer need or choose a larger plan.

Yes. A larger plan, or yearly billing instead of monthly, starts at once and the difference is charged right away, while a smaller plan starts when your paid period ends and locks, without deleting, whatever it does not cover.

Yes. Stop the billing on the Billing tab of the Company page and you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, you can resume until then, nothing is charged after it, and a period that has started is not refunded.

You pay ESIO ApS by card, monthly or yearly, through a payment provider that keeps your card details away from us, and the Billing tab of the Company page holds an invoice for every payment, with prices shown excluding VAT and VAT added at checkout.

Not yet, and it is one of the features coming in the next months: you will set what each item you sell costs to buy, store, pack and ship, so the profit you budget is what is left after those costs. Alongside it comes automated statistical forecasting, which builds a forecast from your accounting data.
